having a website would be intricate. Our graphic design team and software engineers
have more than 10 years of experience in creating solutions to challenges much like
those you face. Our CEO and Founder, Settapon Hantacheva heads us. With 14 years
in this industry, he stood the test of time and managed to create hundreds of websites
already. Our business is running successfully and we are expanding our services
to all states and in some Asian countries.
How large is your company?
Our team is composed of web designers, software engineers, programmers, and search
engine marketing experts who have been carefully selected to achieve our vision
of providing professional websites to business owners. Our team provides a high
level of customer care and provides superior variety of experience over smaller
firms and free lancers.
How long can I expect the website to be accomplished?
We can deliver to you a rich-featured and sophisticated website 3 to 5 business
days after you finished filling the questionnaires up, providing the contents and
uploading your logos during the sign-up stage.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
No, we do everything for you. Instead of paying more or less $100 for a domain name
per year, we will provide it to you for FREE! One year free usage of domain name
is included in the ONE TIME FEE.
What happens to my domain name after 1 year?
When your FREE Domain name expires, you can renew and still use your domain
name by just paying a very low amount of $9.90 a year! If you sign up and pay in
advance the $9.90, we will give out 20% discount on your monthly Web hosting fee!
What about the Web hosting?
VegasWebDesign will maintain your website every now and then. Updates will also
be given for 30 minutes to 1 hour a month to ensure the accuracy of your website.
Not only that, we will also do the marketing that will guarantee your 99.9% uptime
presence on the Web. All this for just $19.95 a month! But if you pay in advance
for one year, your monthly web-hosting fee will be
just $15.95/month! That’s $50 back in your pocket!
What is the client role in the development process?
Some clients want heavy and daily involvement in the development of the website.
But others want to let us handle everything. Usually, we do handle most of the part
but we are open to client’s queries, suggestions and participation. Your desired
contributions will be defined at the beginning of the project based on your preferences
and our approach.
Do I have to create my own web pages?
No. We wouldn’t suggest you to create your own for we believe that is what you’re
paying us for. It is a service that we don’t provide yet. But if it happens that
we do, our clients will receive a notification and we will include it on our website.
Do you build your websites to be search engine friendly?
Yes. VegasWebDesign has unique page coder training and standards that assures your
website will maximize its search engine ranking potential. We train our coders to
avoid the common mistakes that destroy search engine rankings.
Do I have to host with you?
Yes, indeed. We expect our clients to host with us because we have standardized
our servers to have all the services that may be needed for development.
How can I be assured I won’t be hit with hidden charges?
We do monitor our sales call, record it for security reasons and a verification
process is done every time for you to know what you will get - no surprises ever.
We create Work Orders for each request that itemize our deliverables, how much it
will cost and how long it will take.
Will I be able to make changes to my site myself?
No – Because we are going to do it for you. You get this privilege from the web
hosting service. But if you want a more personal touch in your website, you can
apply for it.
Will I have a single point-of-contact for any questions or issues I might have
during the project?
Yes. You will be assigned an account manager who will be happy to assist you every
step of the way.
What screen resolution will you design my website for?
We often have screen resolutions set at 800x600. That’s what most clients want.
How much do you charge for updates?
It is FREE for our clients! We will update your website up to 1 hour a
month. Beyond that, there will be corresponding fees.
What steps do you take to prevent loss of my site due to server failure?
All of our servers are in a modern hosting facility where they are continuously
monitored for problems. If there is ever a problem with a server, techs are available
24 hours a day to respond and correct the problem. What is the guaranteed uptime
for your hosting service? 99.9% guaranteed uptime. Will you place advertisements
on my web site? Absolutely not! Your paid hosting account is your private &
personal site. We will not place any kind of banner ads or pop-ups, etc. on your
paid hosting account.
If I forget my password what should I do?
If in case this happens, you can call us on our hotline number and we will
resolve it immediately.
Will my account renew automatically?
We will send you a renewal notice 30 days prior to the expiry of your account.
Upon payment, your account will renew automatically for another 1-year period.
How
do I request to cancel my account?
You have to send us a written request to cancel
your account. However, no refunds are given for used portion of the contract if
you cancel before the expiry of the contract term.

That’s the best decision you made. Just call us at our hotline number and
we will be more than happy to assist you. Or you may sign-up at our website.
